These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77af platform. By registering or placing a bet you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Introduction
Welcome to 77af. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You") and 77af ("We", "Us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all activities conducted on or through the 77af platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonus claims, and any other interaction with platform services.
By accessing or using 77af in any capacity you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. 1. Eligibility
Access to 77af and its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Failure to satisfy any of these requirements disqualifies you from using the platform, and any account opened by an ineligible user may be closed without notice and without return of funds.
- 1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 77af enforces this requirement through its KYC verification process. Any attempt to circumvent the age requirement will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
- 2You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure. Registrations made on behalf of another individual, or by a person using another person's identity, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
- 3You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether through a 77af self-exclusion request or any other mechanism. If you have previously self-excluded from 77af, you may not re-register without first completing the reinstatement process as specified by the platform's support team.
- 4You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. By registering on 77af, you represent and warrant that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
2. Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money games and betting markets on 77af, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information, which 77af uses to verify your identity in accordance with its KYC obligations. False or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- 1You may hold only one registered account on 77af at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 77af identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances within them forfeited without prior notice.
- 2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. - 377af reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. - 4You must notify 77af immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77af will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use where you failed to notify the platform in a timely manner.
- 577af reserves the right to close any account that has remained inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. Prior to closure, 77af will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered contact details. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with 77af's dormant account policy, available on request from the support team.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
77af supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on 77af are subject to the following terms.
- 1The minimum deposit on 77af is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, 77af reserves the right to implement transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where enhanced due diligence is required under the platform's risk management procedures.
- 2All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 77af will not process deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account will be subject to review.
- 3Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. 77af processes withdrawal requests as swiftly as operationally feasible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any pending identity verification requirements.
- 477af reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are deemed unusual in nature. During such checks, processing of the relevant withdrawal may be temporarily delayed. 77af will notify the affected player and provide an expected timeframe for resolution.
- 5Currency on 77af is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
77af offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to its players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and incorporated herein by reference. The following general terms apply to all 77af bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- 1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for any given bonus will be communicated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- 277af reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, 77af will honour the credited amount subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of the credit.
- 3Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Attempts to transfer bonus value between accounts, including through coordinated gameplay designed to transfer funds, constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
- 477af reserves the right to void bonus winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of a single-use bonus, or engagement in low-risk hedging strategies solely designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
- 5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games designated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
5. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on 77af operate in accordance with their respective game rules as published by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. 77af accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.
- 1All game outcomes on 77af are determined by certified RNG technology for digital games, and by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers for live casino games. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently verified by the relevant game provider.
- 2In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress, 77af reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. 77af will not honour winnings from a round affected by a verifiable technical fault, regardless of the displayed outcome.
- 3Players may not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy that gives them an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself. This includes automated betting bots, card-counting software, or any application that interfaces with the 77af platform without authorisation.
- 4Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted to the 77af support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted beyond this window may not be considered. 77af's decision on game disputes is final, subject to any applicable escalation procedure outlined in the platform's complaints policy.
6. Responsible Gaming
77af is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with tools that support informed, controlled gambling behaviour. The following terms reflect 77af's responsible gaming obligations and the tools available to players who wish to manage their gambling activity.
- 1Players may request deposit limits on their 77af account at any time by contacting the support team. Deposit limits may be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. A reduction in deposit limit takes effect immediately upon confirmation; an increase in deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- 2Players may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out period the player's account is temporarily suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. A time-out may be extended but may not be shortened once activated.
- 3Players who believe their gambling has become a problem may request indefinite self-exclusion from 77af. A self-exclusion request must be submitted in writing to the support team. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. Players wishing to reinstate their account after a self-exclusion period must contact support and undergo a reinstatement review.
- 477af will not knowingly send promotional communications to a player who has active deposit limits, is in a time-out period, or is subject to self-exclusion. If you receive promotional material in error during any of these periods, please notify the support team immediately.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on 77af. 77af reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances — in response to any of the following conduct.
- 1Fraud, including but not limited to: use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks made in bad faith, identity fraud, and any other attempt to obtain funds from the platform through dishonest means.
- 2Collusion with other players, including deliberate coordination of gameplay, chip dumping in poker or table games, or any other form of multi-player manipulation designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- 3Money laundering or any activity that uses the 77af platform as a mechanism for processing, concealing, or legitimising proceeds of criminal activity. 77af is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
- 4Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at 77af staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or in-game chat functions.
- 5Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, reproduce, or otherwise misappropriate any part of the 77af platform, its software, its game content, or its intellectual property without express written authorisation from 77af.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 77af platform — including software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game content, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 77af or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the 77af platform's content without prior written consent from 77af.
The 77af brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 77af. Unauthorised use of the 77af name, logo, or any confusingly similar identifier in any commercial or non-commercial context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77af's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77af's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 77af's gross negligence.
- 177af shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
- 277af does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 77af's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 77af will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
- 3Where 77af is found to be directly liable to you for a specific claim, 77af's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 77af account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
77af reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The circumstances in which 77af may exercise this right include, but are not limited to, the following.
- 1Breach of these Terms & Conditions, including any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 7, or any other conduct that 77af determines to be harmful to the platform, its users, or its operational integrity.
- 2A court order, regulatory directive, law enforcement request, or any other legally binding instruction requiring 77af to restrict or terminate access to a specific account or class of accounts.
- 3Voluntary closure requested by the account holder. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
77af collects, processes, and stores personal data about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on 77af, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available in full on the 77af website and forms part of the agreement between you and 77af.
All data transmitted between your device and the 77af platform is protected by SSL encryption. 77af does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors and identity verification services — solely to the extent necessary to deliver platform services to you.
12. Amendments to These Terms
77af reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where 77af makes a material change to these Terms, it will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by posting an updated version on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying players via their registered contact details.
Continued use of 77af following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
13. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77af operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 77af complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction.
